Techport Partners KnowledgeBroker and Cherwell Maintain Partnership

These relationships make our partners stronger, and reiterate Techport's strong position as a service provider in the IT service management (ITSM) market. One such example is the long-standing relationship between KnowledgeBroker (KBI) and Cherwell Software.

The partnership between KBI and Cherwell allows for KBI's prepackaged computer support KnowledgeBase for Help Desk analysts and End User self-service to be available to Cherwell Service Management (CSM) clients as a fully integrated and supported solution. KnowledgeBroker's TotalBase for Cherwell improves call center metrics by increasing first call resolution rates, cutting inbound call times and streamlining support with immediate answers to user questions.
